These terms of use govern your use of innohype.io (the "website"), operated by Innohype (company registration in progress) ("Innohype", "we" or "us"). By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

3. Services, prices and engagements

Descriptions of services and prices on the website are for information only and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Prices are shown excluding VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. A contract for services is formed only when both parties sign an engagement letter. The engagement letter, and not the website, sets out the scope of work, fees, responsibilities and limitations of liability for that engagement.

5. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the website. Please do not submit confidential information or third-party data until a non-disclosure agreement or engagement letter is in place. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

  3. our total liability to you arising from the use of the website, if any, shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

You agree to compensate Innohype for any loss, claim or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

11. General

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page; the date of the last update is shown above. The English version of these terms prevails over any translation.
